What do you get if you strip the power from the tower?

Many of my drawings are synergies of current and personal events. The Texas power outage in February of 2021 coincided with a broken boiler in my Amsterdam apartment. For a week I had to boil water in order to maintain a reasonable level of hygiene, and to stay warm at night.
